We demonstrate our commitment to sustainability by considering Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) principles in every project. A number of our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs), and several projects that this office has worked on have achieved LEED ratings.

We believe that ESD principles are one of the most important considerations in the design of modern developments. We fundamentally believe that every project can be delivered with reduced environmental impacts. Whilst the environmental benefits are clear, the most overwhelming benefit is seen in the value provided to the occupants in terms of physical health and mental well-being.

We envisage a successful outcome to be the creation of an attractive sustainable development which can demonstrate environmental leadership without sacrificing commercial viability.

We also actively participate in community charity building projects for under privileged and disadvantaged people.

Our Bangkok office currently has a staff of 60 professionals and administrative positions covering civil, structural, air conditioning & ventilation, electrical & communications, fire protection, plumbing & hydraulics, vertical transportation services.

We are also able to provide specialist design services comprising audio visual, architectural acoustics, fire engineering, specialist vertical transportation, security, communications and environmental engineering through alliances with other international organisations.

Though we are proud on our long > 44 years of experiences, we are aware that we should foresee as multiple perspectives and always exploring advanced and practical future technologies. Building construction is no longer based on 4 basic elements but evolved with aether, the 5th element.
